HANDPAINTED PILLOW COLLECTION
The Evil Eye "Hand Painted" Pillow Collection in collaboration with designer Studio Gypsy Mermaid brings a new destination to our pillow agenda!
Each pillow cover is special! Using paints of the highest standard, it is prepared by two different artists and another three studio members and no two covers are exactly identical! Each cover is hand signed by the artist!
Gypsy Mermaid hand paints each evil eye using special fabric paints that are definitely bringing the eye to your world.
The evil eye has grown into a fashion and decor concept of its own, symbolizing the protection against negative energies.
People often choose to wear it on themselves, but how about placing it in your home and giving your nest an aura of the eye too?
This is the first time Cushions & More Studio joins forces with another artist and we are totally immersed in a project we fully believe in!
Upon receiving your order, we will begin preparing it right away. Please allow 10 working days to complete it. We will, of course, try to work within those time limits and catch an earlier delivery, however, it depends on the time of year and the volume of orders received.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, as each one is handmade and handpainted and is made especially for each customer.
We have provided several photos to try to capture the mood of the design and also to inspire you.
Covers are washable in a mild cycle. Tha paint used won't come off when washed. Please refrain from ironing directly on the eye.

Cushions & More uses the address provided by you during purchasing. If for any reason the address is wrong and the package is lost, it will not be refunded. If you feel you have us a wrong address by mistake, please advise us within 2 days from your purchase date.
We do not collect any customs when sending your packages. Any tax that may be charged to you at the time of your order, we will pay it to your country. Any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. that may be occurred at the time of your delivery lies with your country's tax regulations. Cushions & More is in no way responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local Customs agency. Returns due to customs fees will not be accepted. Thank you so much for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ORDERS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER. WE HAVE A TIME FRAME OF 1 WEEK TO 2 WEEKS FOR MOST ITEMS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LUXURY ITEMS THAT NEED SPECIAL FABRICS AND THOSE MIGHT TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.
We use the Republic of Cyprus First Class Shipping with tracking. Please allow anything between 12-45 days for our international customers depending on the location and your country's postal services too.
AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE EXACT TIME IT WILL TAKE TO REACH YOU, INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS HAVE DECREASED AND DELIVERIES ARE SLOWER, ESPECIALLY FOR THE TRANSIT TIMES.
This is a factor that is outside the service of our Studio and we do our best to keep track of their location. Please refer to the tracking number provided at any time for updates. If you are having difficulty getting these updates, please do not hesitate to contact us directly and we will do that for you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT AS WE ARE A EUROPEAN COUNTRY, PACKAGES TO THE US TAKE ANYTHING FROM 12 DAYS TO A MONTH TO ARRIVE AND TO AUSTRALIA A MONTH AND PERHAPS A LITTLE MORE.
We do our best to be quick with our processing times, but the time carriers take to bring the orders to you is totally outside our service as a shop. We would greatly appreciate reviews regarding your products or anything related to us as a shop, and not for factors that we have no control over.
IF YOU FEEL THAT THE SHIPPING TIMES ARE LONGER THAN YOU EXPECTED WE MAY OFFER UPGRADED DHL SHIPPING OR A CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER. JUST LET US KNOW WITHIN THE FIRST 48 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER.
If you decide to UPGRADE your shipping and need a courier service please notify us before purchasing for shipping price adjustment.
We ship Mon-Fri excluding National holidays.
Also, be informed that orders that are urgent must be sent at least 5 weeks prior unless expedited shipping is paid for, as we are based overseas and are in no way liable for international shipping delays.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not pleased with your received product simply email us to coordinate a settlement.
Item(s) must be returned unused within 7 working days from the date received via trackable mail. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS A COUNTRY IN EUROPE WE CANNOT ISSUE RETURN LABELS TO US OR AUSTRALIAN CLIENTS AS OUR LABELS WOULD NOT BE VALID INTERNATIONALLY. RETURN POSTAGE IS PAID BY THE RETURNEE.
Shipping charges where there are any, are nonrefundable. ALSO PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IN ORDER FOR US TO RECEIVE RETURNED GOODS FROM A NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRY, WE NEED TO PAY IMPORT DUTY AND THIS IS DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. This is outside our jurisdiction and we follow the regulations of our state. PLEASE ENSURE YOU KNOW THE FROM WHICH COUNTRY IT IS YOU ARE ORDERING GOODS AS WE ARE NOT IN THE USA.
NOTE * Also, failure to receive items locally once a notice has arrived resulting in their re-direction to us is non-refundable. We can resend the item, however, at an extra shipping charge but if we do not get a notice to do so within 2 weeks of our correspondence to the customer, the order is considered non-valid and is canceled and no refund is provided.
We gladly take on custom orders. If any of our designs are requested in a smaller or bigger size or another shape we will be happy to create it for you. THEY WILL TAKE LONGER TO BE SHIPPED AS THEY ARE BESPOKE ITEMS.
Please understand however that there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
TIPS AND CARE
Your handmade items were crafted with lots of attention and they will last for many years with proper care. Here are a few tips.
Cotton items can be machine washed with like colors preferably in 20-minute mild cycles. Linen or silk items which are delicate materials should be dry cleaned and the dry cleaner to ensure they test a small part of the pillow first to check out any material reaction. That is due to the different chemicals used by dry cleaners in each country so a check first, is advisable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE HAVE ADDED A LUXURY LINE OF PILLOWS THAT IS MADE IN HIGH-GRADE FIRE RETARDANT FABRICS. THESE ARE WASHABLE IN MILD CYCLES. MOST OF OUR VELVETS ARE ALSO WASHABLE.
