This "Framed- Custard" pillow portrays an elegant motif and is one of two color-ways available. It makes an elegant statement either on its' own or as a pair, and even combined with another color-way in the same motif! Imagine it placed in all kinds of backdrops, such us tossed casually on a bamboo garden sofa, or elegantly placed on your velvet armchair by the fireplace, or even thrown for comfort on a linen corner sofa in a family TV room or bedroom.
The front side is as seen on the photos and made of 100% cotton. The reverse, as well as the trim, are made of soft off-white cotton material.

These pillowcases are washable preferably with like colors or alone.
The size of the pillow is 50 cm by 50 cm (20" by 20"), an ideal size for all uses.
These pillows are sold as cases only. (An ideal insert is IKEA's 50cm by 50 cm pillow insert either in feather goose down or just the simple synthetic one. Otherwise, should you wish for us to supply the insert please contact us with an inquiry and we shall quote you a price.)
When dispatched, the pillow is wrapped in white tissue paper, tied with a satin yellow-gold ribbon and bears a hand tag in white with yellow- gold lettering featuring the elegant logo of our shop Cushions & More. What more for a perfect gift!

Cushions & More uses PayPal and credit card as our method of payment. Please do verify that both PayPal and Etsy addresses are correct before purchasing. If the package is to be sent to another address, you must notify us during or soon after the purchase.
We do not collect any customs when sending your packages. Any customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. that may be occurred at the time of your delivery lies with your country's tax regulations. Cushions & More is in no way responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local Customs agency. Returns due to customs fees will not be accepted. Thank you so much for your understanding.
We handmade every single item in our shop. If you have a special occasion or a deadline date you would like us to meet and need us to hurry up, we will try to work with you but we cannot guarantee so please plan accordingly.
We use the Republic of Cyprus First Class Shipping with tracking. Please allow anything between 5-21 days for our international customers depending on the location and your country's postal services too.
If you decide to UPGRADE your shipping and need a courier service please notify us before purchasing for shipping price adjustment.
We ship Mon-Fri excluding National holidays.
Also, be informed that orders that are urgent must be sent at least 4 weeks prior unless expedites shipping is paid for, as we are based overseas and are in no way liable for international shipping delays.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Refunds and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not pleased with your received product simply email us to coordinate a settlement.
Item(s) must be returned unused within 7 working days from the date received via trackable mail (UPS/FedEx). Shipping charges are nonrefundable. ALSO PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT IN ORDER FOR US TO RECEIVE RETURNED GOODS FROM A NON-EUROPEAN COUNTRY, WE NEED PAY IMPORT DUTY AND THIS IS DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND. This is outside our jurisdiction and we follow the regulations of our state.
Also, failure to receive items locally once a notice has arrived resulting in their re-direction to us is non-refundable. We can re-send the item, however, at an extra shipping charge but if we do not get a notice to do so within 2 weeks of our correspondence to the customer, the order is considered non-valid and is cancelled and no refund is provided.
We gladly take on custom orders. If any of our designs is requested in smaller or bigger size or other shape we will be happy to create it for you.
Please understand however that there are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders.
TIPS AND CARE
Your handmade items were crafted with lots of attention and they will last for many years with proper care. Here are a few tips.
Cotton items can be machine washed with like colors preferably in 20 minute mild cycles. Linen or silk items which are delicate materials should be dry cleaned and the dry cleaner to ensure they test a small part of the pillow first to check out any material reaction. That is due to the different chemicals used by dry cleaner's in each country so a check first, is advisable.
